I believe it took a few weeks, which is fine. Packaging was excellent - the item arrived in pristine condition and was brand new as described. The price was slightly high for a puzzle, but I saw no other copies of this 1500 piece Bluebird version of the puzzle for sale anywhere, so I consider it to be a good value (plus it had free shipping).
