    The seller was very responsive and tried three times to get ths item to me. In each case the carriers( two different ones were used) either lost or destroyed the contents by bending the package severely. Throughout the whole process, the seller had good communication, apologizing for the delays and asking if I wanted another shipment or refund. I wanted the item, but after three attempts and thus three shipping claims they had to file, I agreed to a full refund. Attentive, professional service.
