It was not requested in our communication, and the listing clearly states that it's a raw item printed in black PLA unless previously arranged. I advised that I print in XL, which is the largest size the printer plates allow, and never had an issue with sizing with almost 100 helmets sold. Next time, take the time to read the listing or ask questions before buying. A refund was offered, but the buyer also ignored it.
