The item was easy to concrete into position ( see photo ), holes drilled and the post bolted into position. It definitely got me out of a hole ( no pun intended ) and saved me having to disturb the surrounding paving to dig an access hole to set in the replacement post. Definitely 10 out of 10. Will possibly use this method again for 2 other posts that need replacing.
