The condition is completely new with a charging/syncing cable. There is no headphones or box included-but the product is better built than those cheap quality China built 1 TB iPod classics. On the China built iPods you have to fight the volume switch to maintain a descent volume level. Don't have that problem with Mike's American built. It's a good value-but a little expensive.

I also had to ask them again if this is the thin model of iPod or the thick model bc it's been a few years or so since I bought my last iPod from them (which still works wonderfully btw). Anyways, they were very nice and answered my question again bc I remembered I asked them the same question before but had forgotten the answer. Anyways very nice product at a very reasonable price point AND you can't tell item is used!
