They've been in contact regularly and have now issued a refund and an apology for the inconvenience. If only Australia post had been half as good with communication and service this would have been easy. Please consider if buying from the UK, but please do not let that stop you considering Stuffed With Plush Toys - Thank you team, you've been great to deal with and handled this brilliantly.

I was wanting the gifts for overseas visitors asap. I had chosen the faster delivery, but it somehow reverted and I hadn't noticed until after placing my order. I emailed quickly, and they responded immediately, sending it by faster mail, that day.
