I reached out to the seller and he immediately responded, apologizing for the mixup. Not only did the correct patch get sent to me right away but this seller went above and beyond to make it right, even including and extra patch for the inconvenience. Awesome customer service!! Will definitely purchase more!

Value was very good, especially since it was for two patches :-) Appearance was as pictured- spot on! Seller took the time to care with the packaging of these iron-ons for shipping during summer heat by making sure the two iron-ons did not get stuck together and were on paper that was “shiny” (non-sticking). Would buy from this Seller again!
