Something about not having LTE band 12. I have to move my benefits to a provider that using the Verizon network. That being said, this a great flip phone for those who does not want a smart phone or want to get away from it, and good phone for the elderly. I remember those days when a phone was a phone.

She can't handle a touchscreen, so instead of upgrading on tmobile, I downgraded on ebay, so I bought her this flip, she flipped out with amusement. She says she can dial 911 now. Swear that was the first thing she said. Will likely buy more for the family. Great Buy!!

It would not read my micro sd card that I removed from my old phone. Had to get a new one and call verizon to activate. Im still looking for a flip that is as good as my old LG.
