I explained that I’d attempted to mitigate this outcome by requesting a box and the seller claimed the whims of fate were to blame, having the gall to include a shrug emoji. Most sellers don’t actually send in a box even though I always request it but they usually attempt to secure the package with extra bubble wrap or a slice of cardboard.
