My new computer is in great condition except for one thing - it does not allow me to use a corded speaker or corded headphones and hear audio. There is something wrong with the laptop that prevents it from doing this. I'm very disappointed about this (and wish I'd known ahead of time about it), but otherwise I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I plugged it in and started setting it up, it ran a bit slow. the problem was that when I moved it forward a bit it made a loud buzzing sound and the screen pixelated. It felt like an electrical hazard so I immediately boxed it up and returned it without any issues. I left a positive review due to the ease of the return. Things just happen!

I contacted the owner and he quickly agreed to send me another laptop. He was very understanding and new laptop came in a few days. Works great.

The price was very fair for the model I ordered. I had a minor issue with shipping damage but the seller took care of it promptly and fairly and I was able to order a replacement for the small part that was broken. The seller also offered a full refund, however he also offered a partial credit that covered the cost of the broken part, which was completely fair. Very good experience with the seller. Thanks
