Unfortunately a bit of the Vox stand did come broken off (and I had to superglue it on), but I can't really blame the seller cuz the packaging was very secure and well-protected. Shipping was quick, but just make sure to pay attention to if the item is pre-order! But even the pre-order I got was shipped out MUCH earlier than the estimated delivery time given to me by the seller 3

It was much bigger than I expected which I love, as well as the super pretty shimmer that the picture doesn't quite show. The seller was really quick to respond when I was having issues with shipping on another order with them. All in all, great item, respectable and trustworthy seller, and great price for the pin. I'm happy to add it to my collection and ita bag!

Item didn't arrive because it was lost by customs, but the seller tried their best to communicate with logistics as much as they could. Eventually it wasn't found but the seller gave me a full refund for both the item and the extra shipping fee I paid (express shipping) even though they were only compensated half of the funds by logistics. Good seller, quick communication.
