However, it was shipped quickly and arrived without any incidents. There were some minor scratches on the screen but doesn't show up when using it. Minor scuff marks around edges for normal usage without a cover on it. We purchased a cover separately so you don't even notice. For the price, it will work out. Hubby is away on a work trip with it, so I'll update if any problems. But don't expect any. Thank you

Plus I had to finish reconfiguring the screen and camera that had obviously been replaced. But since I had worked on iPhones before it wasn’t too hard. Seems to be good quality as far as the components go. Cosmetically it left a little to be desired, but once I get a decent case for it that shouldn’t be as noticeable. Over all I’m happy with the purchase. Leaving 4 stars because of the appearance.

When I reached out about it, the seller was quick to reply and work on getting it moving again. The package arrived the next day in better than described condition. Great experience with the seller, not so much with FedEx. Would purchase again.

Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes). Thank you!

While unfortunate, the seller was very responsive and professional in getting the refund labels issued and refunded just as quick. While this particular transaction wasn't a satisfactory one, the seller was great in rectifying the issues I had. Hopefull,y we'll do business again without any unanticipated outcomes.
