I never opened the package because after I bought it, I realized I chose the wrong size binder. Sewmech was kind to take it back unopened. I would do business with them again because of the ease of returnability of product. The shipping price was a bit costly. The package only weighed 12 ounces and was not oversized. But I paid for a 2 pound package. That was a bit disapppointin . So possibly

Very prompt shipping and because of their excellent packaging the item arrived in perfect shape although the box on the outside didn't look too good by the time it arrived. Yay!
