    I had many problems with the shipping. From limited updates to out right lies of it being out to deliver and not even showing up the day they said it was out to deliver. The next day, they said it was out to deliver and never showed at my door. Today, because I can't get a key for my mailbox, I bought a new lock and found it in my mailbox. The product was exactly as described. Looked good. I wrote them back and apologized and let them know I did get it. Shipping horrible. Product great!

    Part is excellent, seller communication was really great but the packaging was careless. Should have at least used a small box. The aluminum battery bracket arrived in a usps padded envelope. I got lucky nothing was bent.
