I mean I can still turn volume up/down but no sound comes out. Pretty sure I did it while cleaning them. These are BY FAR the best buds I’ve bought to date. Batt. Life is amazing and sound quality is also amazing. Charge time is very impressive. Around 8-9 hrs w volume on max, fully charge from 10% to full in about 20-40 minutes. Exceptional lil earbuds and they don’t fall out of my ears either! A+++
