The watch arrived in a padded mail envelope and in good shape. A battery was included. There were no instructions included on how to set the time but I figured it out pretty quick. The problem came when trying to find out how to remove the back of the watch to install the new battery. Take a small knife or screwdriver and place the point under the time set knob and gently pry the back off. They should include instructions.
