    Good heavy duty quality. As far as a long term fix how does anyone know? I went extra steps of lock-tite on the threads and crushing the edge of the nut into the shaft's keyway once tight. Short of welding what else does a guy do?

    Item arrived way early! Worked perfectly on my 2003 Dodge Cummins with an NV4500. Fitment on the back of the transmission output shaft was snug & secure! Not worried about 5th sliding off anymore!
