I contacted the seller, and was able to get a response within 24 hrs, and after they asked for pictures. They have promptly offered a replacement, which I accepted. The replacement came in the same timely fashion and I could tell they put extra padding in the package this time. The part came in perfect condition and it fit as described. I contacted the seller and they got right back to me. I sent some pictures that they had asked for the new one was sent out the next day and I received it in a couple of days they stand by their product I would buy from them again.
