Upon opening the package (it was shipped in a plastic sleeve - not a proper container) the CD case is wrapped in Saran Wrap (not shrinkwrap), and the case and inlay are in poor condition. It's obvious that it has been subjected to moisture (see picture). This seller obviously buys people's silence by offering a refund to those who are unhappy. I don't play that game. My policy is, to graciously accept returns, as long as, the item is in the same condition as sent.
