    Bought this item when the seller was to return from vacation. Was suppose to receive it by Aug 29 which is the day he supposedly mailed it. It is now, Sept 8 the day it is suppose to be finally delivered and still have not received it. Seller will not respond to any messages. I want a refund as I needed these for a project and now they are too late. Terrible service, buyers beware.

    I placed this order on the date the owner was back from being away as reported on eBay. My package was supposed to arrive 8/30 and now it says delayed and the tracking number says awaiting package - still in California??
