Seller accepted return but stated that’s how it was in pictures but clearly was not and rude to deal with. Will never buy from this seller again. However . . . shipping was slow (probably due to the Holidays) . . . and the item arrived with the glass broken. We believe that the packaging should have had better reinforcement . . . but we also wonder if maybe . . . just maybe . . . sometimes packages are “drop-kicked” across terminals?
