The item is clearly "brand new" with factory seals in place. I can easily recommend this vendor and will happily buy from them again. That said, the "collector's" box was crushed due to the soft packaging despite "Fragile" labels applied to the shipping envelope. I wish the box had not been crushed as it has collector value and I purchased this set of socks for my Python collection rather than use. See photos.

I contacted them to say how pleased we were & they sent a lovely reply. This seller obviously cares about their customers &:wares, making sure they arrive safely, so thank you to the seller for that. We love him, he is beautiful & he is our Christmas gift to ourselves😊
