The seller "made it right" right away once I contacted them about the issue. Both packages were extremely well packaged, too - good strong box used and lots of packing tape! No chance of damage!

Package presentation is different than the photo on ad and it comes with moisture like a little bit of the product was spilled. Im going to use it soon and then tell if it is the same result than the other I used like the photo on the ad. I have to tell that the price is good.
