We believe that the packaging should have had better reinforcement . . . but we also wonder if maybe . . . just maybe . . . sometimes packages are “drop-kicked” across terminals? The toy box was slightly weathered, however, it was not described as brand new and it’s not something I am using as a collectible. The seller was quick and shipped right away and I had no issues. I would buy from the seller again!

Seller accepted return but stated that’s how it was in pictures but clearly was not and rude to deal with. Will never buy from this seller again. For the cost of shipping they should have packed it well!
