From limited updates to out right lies of it being out to deliver and not even showing up the day they said it was out to deliver. The next day, they said it was out to deliver and never showed at my door. Today, because I can't get a key for my mailbox, I bought a new lock and found it in my mailbox. The product was exactly as described. Looked good. I wrote them back and apologized and let them know I did get it. Shipping horrible. Product great!

USPS took forever to get it to me, not sellers fault but I recommend using alternative shipping companies. I will pay more for shipping to receive it faster and in good condition. Received refund after complaining then received a couple days after that. I never asked for a refund just got tiered of waiting. Still highly recommend seller 5star service.
