As a previous purchaser mentioned it does sit significantly higher than the stock pan seat. After removing the rubber bump stop and lowering the spring tension it sits lower and still has enough spring in the seat to compensate for bumps in the field. The nuisance was the assembly bolts for the seat and backrest to the frame needed a 12mm socket but the bolts and nuts to adjust the positioning required two 1/2" wrenches. Odd combination of fasteners. Otherwise, OK
