I requested a refund I was entitled to have , but the seller was not co-operative at all, blamed on me and was extremely rude in the messages. Turned out he had several complaints and refund requests in the past by other buyers. I had to ask him a couple of times to stop contacting me and to stop talking me that disgusting way. Which as states to allow 5 working days for 2nd class mail, due to new Royal Mail guidelines, as they have changed.
