Great envelope/packaging: well protected. The shippment was quite fast for an international one, but the price that FedEx charges is way too high for the lack of answer they deliver (this is nothing related to the seller and it is only an issue with the shipping company) as they stopped providing information once the item arrived to Madrid (600km away from me) and for 2 days I had no info

Clamps need a little rejigging to fit my model, but I had expected a few differences between UK and US, so no problem. Fits bed (Just!) Waiting for friend to modify clamps in the morning, then will finish fitting the fiddly bits! Fantastic product, helpful seller.
