Amazon Logistics need to sort out their tracking system though, which is super vague - item was apparently dispatched on the 18th, but none of the tracking information i had showed it as being so. Item didn't show up when i was told it would, and then i received a note the day after saying it was running late - it arrived 2 days after i was told it would, which was actually too late for the event i was taking them to.

The replacement came today again very well packed, the racks are good value but the customer service was “outstanding” would definitely recommend this seller, would definitely buy from this seller again

Contacted the supplier with photos and they came straight back to me . They have sent me a replacement straight away which I received today in perfect condition.
