There was a small issue and the teamwas quick to respond and work towards a solution. The item was of better quality than I expected as the pictures on the listing seemed worse than they actually were. I am very happy with the item and experience and will be considering Capitol Cookware for my future AllClad purchases.

The item is better than described and well packed in manufacturer’s original box plus additional outer box. There was a delay in shipping and when I inquired, the response was immediate ( tracking number was published but then they shut down over a holiday). Shipping was upgraded from USPS to UPS to get the item to me by the original promised date. Really appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction and won’t hesitate to do business again. Definitely recommend

Melissa identified my error and provide the item number to the correct one which I was able to purchase. Shipping label created and in shipper possession the same day. I did receive one pan that was the wrong one and would not work on my induction stove top, I sent a message to the seller and received a response in 10 minutes from Melissa and she is sending the correct pan .
