    The seller was responsive in shipping the item on time. The item was packaged well enough to protect the item. The item was as described, visually. However, the item itself is defective. Had the item worked, the value would have been great! The seller was immediately responsive to the defective item and directed me on how to process the return. If a need arose, I would purchase from this seller again.

    This seller was beyond easy to work with. The part arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately, due to my error it was the wrong part. Exchange process could've been simpler and was refunded super quickly. I'll definitely save them as a favorite seller.
