I sent the item back and seller still will not issue a refund even though dispute was accepted and seller sent me a label to send item back.. BTW I bought 2 of these and both flew off. One in a river next to highway and other into Interstate highway where seller told me to go get it and return it. ( basically telling me to go walk in traffic)

The replacement came in the same timely fashion and I could tell they put extra padding in the package this time. The part came in perfect condition and it fit as described.
