Colin spent a lot of his time helping me diagnose the problem before I had even bought anything. When Evri messed up my delivery Colin was kind enough to dispatch me another item via Royal Mail to help me get the product quicker. Installed and all works great now and it didn’t end up costing me a fortune. Highly recommended and thank you again

Maybe it was from different model hisense . But seller was helpful.
