Clearly, customer service and support is of no concern to this seller. Communication is non-existent and the products are of poor quality. This seller made a quick buck with worthless stuff. We actually make these to order from Avery 750 series vinyl and almost all of our stickers are made from this outdoor rated material. I'm sorry to see some mistruths in your feedback given we replied to your message and it was determined you tried applying the sticker a contaminated surface.
