I'm in the U.S., so returning them would cost me fees. The seller admitted the mistake, but only offered a partial rebate (14 pounds currency), not a full refund. I had to do two emails to get this response. Despite a 96% satisfaction rating, my experience suggests folks giving up after getting burned.
