It was well-packaged, we worked to find a workable freight shipping destination and got this safely across the country. When I had problems getting it to boot, the seller was very communicative and once I got it going they replaced the single bad SIMM with no complaint. Frankly they were excellent to work with, and I will do future business with this seller to our mutual benefit. Thank you, Parallel Suntech!
