I can confirm your order was despatched by us on the day it was received by second class Royal Mail post. Unfortunately we are then in the hands of Royal Mail. Normally second class post should take 2-3 days, but Royal Mail can take up to 10days to deliver in their own T&Cs. It is our best will and intention to get you the products as soon as possible.
