Shipping materials could have been better, one of the wheels of the chair was poking through the cardboard box and had some scuffs. However, I was able to remove those and there was no damage so it was not a huge problem. I am grateful to be able to purchase this item at a fraction of the cost of buying it new, it's better for my budget and the environment. Overall very happy and would recommend this seller. Thank you!

This would be my only feedback for seller, package the chair better. It was shipped and arrived with a missing bolt. Seller was responsive and sent a replacement, couldn’t use the chair until it arrived. The chair is comfortable and meets my needs.
