Seller will not respond to any messages. I want a refund as I needed these for a project and now they are too late. Terrible service, buyers beware.

My package was supposed to arrive 8/30 and now it says delayed and the tracking number says awaiting package - still in California?? I have sent a message to this seller through the eBay Ap and the seller will not contact me back.
