They gave me 17mm and didn’t have 13 mm Now I know. These came fast and being made by Yale should be ok. Bit fiddly to install I removed the glass any it made a big difference especially upstairs. No ladder required. Now the windows close like they used to no draughts Would recommend

I ordered the wrong hinges I needed right side hinges but ordered left side. An email to the seller and he replied no problem I'll exchange them for the right side. I decided to return the hinges by hand. I arrived and the correct hinges were waiting for me, the seller was very helpful and knew his UPVC parts well. I'll certainly be buying from him again.
