The condition of the box and stuff was fine, and it was okay value. The actual product was the issue. The colour didn’t look the same as the picture on the listing (a lot darker) and the product was really thick/cakey in consistency. Like it was old stock. I didn’t bother contacting the seller as I’d already opened/used the product. Sadly not what I was experiencing. On the plus side it was dispatched and delivered quickly.

Also I cannot select a negative seller experience only positive. Hence this is not a positive experience!
