The metal loops are also in the wrong place according to the photos, instead being at the end of a 6inch nylon tail, being left to awkwardly dangle.

At this is a receptacle for medication ,I would assume the seller would not send out a pre opened item of this type . The pill box was instantly placed in the garbage bin. The cost was minimal and therefore irrelevant , however the supplier questionable.
