U bar( Black) that surrounds the disc on the arm breaks off eventually! I dont know why . So I buy the three times expensive Mighty Mule branded board as if these break (and probably made in China) what will happen with the unbranded much cheaper boards? Not happy but what can you do.

I contacted them and told them and they immediately filed a claim with federal ex and ask if I wanted a refund or a reship. I told them I would like a ship, they were out of the item at the time and informed me of that and let me know it would be a few days within a week I had the item.
