He also pre-wired, so all I have to do is remove faulty item, and replace new item. He was also helpful with advice. Item sent Saturday 21st of September. Was able to track package thru whole process of delivery from US to UK, which was good. Item arrived Tuesday 1st of October. Well packed and safe. If needed, will definitely use "Bill" again, without hesitation.
