Waited 16 days and asked ebay to step in. These were bought early specifically for a holiday leaving me no time to purchase another from another seller before we went. Very unprofessional, very bad customer service- I wonder why this seller is even on ebay after reading other reviews. Would swerve at all costs. Would give 0 stars if it was an option
