Made in China, VERY THIN, like paper thin, but they slide on pretty easily which is what I was looking for. SO what did I expect for $1.16 per pair? They do not go very high up on your leg either. I figured I'd give them a shot and they are classic case of - "You Get What You Pay For" quality. Fast Shipping though. Thanks!

Could be a USPS issue as many other packages have been arriving late from many other eBay sellers using mail. I contacted the seller regarding the shortage and they sent me the balance of the order although without tracking. Great price. Very cute, fun, bright colored and comfy socks.
