I absolutely got back to her. It is the buyer's responsibility to know if they are buying discontinued items. My message to her: Hi - I opened a few of these to try and they were NOT dried up. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell you the exact condition of the mascara because it is sealed - if I open to try it then it can't be sold. It is a discontinued item with the stock being @ 3 years old so of course, it is not going to be like newly manufactured ones.
