They were super positive and reassured that I’d get it quickly because I needed to asap since my current one broke. It took almost a month before it arrived so I needed to ask eBay to step in after not receiving my item at the expected date and not hearing back from the seller. Once receiving the item, the quality of the item was great, but it appeared really filthy. It just needed to be washed.
