    Item as described packaging very good shipping horrible USPS sucks. They sent the package to three extra states past mine on the East Coast before coming back to me , took an extra five days before I received item . shipping, not on the seller, the shipping was fault of USPS

    Very pleased with this purchase. Shipping was prompt but a little pricey. 14.95 shipping in a hoodie is a little much but everything can’t be perfect. The item was exactly as described. It was packaged well and in my opinion it was a good deal as to I had never seen this particular hoodie before and my wife absolutely loves it.

    Great communication on the part of the seller. They noticed when they were inspecting the item before packing it up that there were some issues that were not mentioned in the listing. They offered a partial refund that we could both agree on before quickly shipping the item. Very impressed with their honesty and overall quality of customer service.
