    I ended up getting an item with half of the ports showing fault for the PoE side of the switch. The seller was very understanding, quick to respond, and offered a full refund with no need to return, saving me the time. He also offered the possibility of getting another one next week when he gets another shipment of gear in. Very pleasant eBayer. I will gladly do business with these folks again!
